i mean........it's pretty straightfoward xd.

it'd be nice if there was a feature to change resolution and the aspect ratio (from 4:3 to 16:9) to make it look wide and nice ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°).

Have a nice day :D.

Hi, well the game maps are all 4:3, so there's not much content to put on the sides... but the menu screens could be indeed improved a bit to fill the screen.

Hello! I saw this issue and had a neat idea - maybe a 16:9 mode of the level-editor, and the game groups maps with the same name and prefers 16:9 maps. So if you're playing with a "prefer 4:3" option it's going to show 4:3, but the prefer 16:9 option would use 16:9 variations of the map.

Nuclear Throne was released in 2015, well into the age of widescreen monitors, yet it runs in 4:3 only. It does however have some nice art on the sides if you play on anything wider, that could be a nice feature for this game too.

Why not just allow us to build maps greater then 256x240?
We could have the ability to build any size level and the camera could just follow the player's mean position.
All maps could default to having 256x240 size and the camera size could be adjusted in the menu settings.
The camera would be clipped to the map boundies
