Options no longer showing?

Maybe I'm just being blind... but I thought I used your extension not long ago and it worked brilliantly as always. However, today I can't in my Google Search see the option to select region at all so I guess I'll do a reboot and re-install and try again but a bit confused. Any known issues right as to this script not working?

Any timing on a fix? Will have to look for another solution soon as yeah without any of the options showing up it's not much use (unless I'm doing something wrong on my side). I'd presume it's simply how the menu is injected, tried to hack around myself but as a coding noob I've had no luck (how it looks for me - let me know if anything else is needed to debug).

Update: not sure why but after using a tool that generated a search url with manipulated UULE (if that's what it is called). I had selected germany so it loaded google.de and on that page the loction options show up.
