An unordered list of newly discovered tasks that still need discussion and prioritisation

• Consensus / remove coinbasesplit; if we move away from light PoW to produce blocks, the coinbase may not need to be split anymore
• Rename mOST to MOST
• In https://github.com/mosaicdao/mosaic-1/blob/feature/consensus/contracts/consensus/ConsensusModule.sol
  setupConsensus should be an internal function.
• Proxy contracts must be updated with upgradeHeight such that they can relay to the new master copy at a set blockheight
