[Profile] Location/timezone is inconsistent.

Describe the bug
The location and timezone are inconsistent with each other on a profile that was created for me / imported from phonebook/mozillians.

To Reproduce
Look in my current profile https://web-mozillians.dinopark.infra.iam.mozilla.com/beta/p/r--EI-DryAWWPuLvybyj8V1sA== note that while my location is Australia (VIC), it lists my timezone as Brisbane. Brisbane is not in VIC (Victoria) and they're not the same timezone.

Expected behavior
My timezone should have been set to Melbourne (or Sydney or Hobart, although they're also not in Victoria, at least they're the same timezone). I live in Melbourne VIctoria, so my location is correct and it's the timezone that's incorrect.
