Follow-up item from #607 via discussion with @jimporter @nickbrandt:

I think we should probably just specify the line-height in the body for all our documents (instead of declarations on specific elements)

that's probably a bigger change and we should do it in a separate cleanup issue so PI can verify that we have identical before/after visuals
