Launch from wayland compositor and get detected as launch form tty.

Hello, I built mpv using this option :

        -Dvideotoolbox-pl=disabled \

And everytime I play video from wayland compositor & terminal, I get this warning :

Playing from xorg/x11 are just find, is those messages above concerning ? Thanks.

Do you have XDG_SESSION_TYPE and WAYLAND_DISPLAY set? check with env | grep

Also open an issue with all information the template asks for.

mpv is falling back to wlshm because no gpu context could be initialized. I don't think this can be an mpv issue. Do things like eglinfo or eglgears work?

So I found a line contains [ 0.039][e][vo] Video output egl not found! , could be a clue. I'll dig deeper.

I don't know if --gpu-context=wayland is an answer, buf after using it the message disappear. At least it's disapper now.

To automate it, we can add gpu-context=wayland to mpv.conf.

Update, we may don't need configuration, just run exec dbus-update-activation-environment WAYLAND_DISPLAY XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=sway. The warning won't show anymore.
