UseNewtonsoftJson not available on ReduxDevToolsMiddlewareOptions

As stated from this tutorial 02D-ReduxDevToolsTutorial, It is possible to specify which JSON library the Redux Dev Tools Middleware plugin should use when serializing to / deserializing from the Redux Dev Tools browser plugin. However, when I try to use UseNewtonsoftJson as stated, it's not accessible or available in ReduxDevToolsMiddlewareOptions.

I'm trying to set Newtonsoft.Json as a default JSON serialization library, but can't figure out a way to do so. Due to this, application is failing with Store Initialization Error. Below is complete error. I have a custom model which has a custom JsonConverter from Newtonsoft.Json.
