Compute web metrics for all mrpowers-io projects

[MrPowers]

We'd like to make it easy for all mrpowers-io projects to have web metrics setup.

This includes metrics for mrpowers.io, all the documentation pages (like this one), and any blog posts that are migrated over.

The metrics will ideally be public and accurate. We need to use a proxy server to get accurate metrics.

We should also use a tool like Plausible to only collect privacy-friendly metrics.

Let's brainstorm how to set this up!
