Recommended scalafmt configuration is outdated #5

The recommended scalafmt configuration in the README is outdated.
To comply with more recent versions of scalafmt, it should be changed to:

align.preset = more
maxColumn = 100
docstrings.style = Asterisk

I can create a PR if you want, but I figured that for such a small change it would be less of a hassle for you to just do it on your own
