Welcome to the Basics of Natural Language Processing workshop! On this page you will find everything you need for this workshop. The Workshop is divided into two parts. First, you are invited to watch the videos below and follow along the Google Colab Notebooks I have prepared for you. Second, you are invited to attend a live session via Zoom for more hands-on exercises and a time for Q & A. There are two options for attending the live session:
- Friday May 21 at 2:00pm (Eastern) (see below for more information)
- Saturday May 22 at 11:00am (Eastern) (see below for more information)

Live, hands-on sessions are scheduled as follows:
- Friday May 21, 11:00 a.m. Pacific / noon Mountain / 1:00 p.m. Central / 2:00 p.m. Eastern
- Saturday May 22, 8:00 a.m. Pacific / 9:00 a.m. Mountain / 10:00 a.m. Central / 11:00 a.m. Eastern
You may attend the first, the second, or both. A Zoom link to these sessions will be sent under separate cover.
