I have installed the bin file on a esp8266 and it´s "working" i mean it is not very usable, because when i send more than one dmx channel over and do for example a fade on 16 Fixtures, it is no more a fade, it stops, then it takes about 20 seconds and then jumps to the latest sent values...

Has anyone an idea how to solve this ?

The easiest solution would be to bring it closer to your wifi router.
Secondly, if that fails to work, try using it in "Stand Alone" mode and see if that solves the problem.

If even that doesn't solve the problem, post another comment and I will see what I can do for you in the code.
