only small portion of image is shown while scrolling WebGallery

Hello, when using the WebGallery there is an intermittent problem that occurs that I can not detect a pattern on. While scrolling images, sometimes only a small portion of the image is shown, after more scrolling back and forth, it changes to allow the entire view. I can reproduce this 100% of the time and can provide a sample program if need be but it would take me some time to include a simplified subset. Was wondering if anyone had any insights.
