Doesn't works on Excel 2016 at all

I tried to write "Bangla" on Excel 2016 but it auto removes the previous words. Only one way to mitigate is to copy from Word 2016. Also if I want to write another word, previous word gets auto merged and gets removed. Can someone please look into this? Why a popular program like Avro Keyboard is not maintained at all? :(

Using default settings.
Software version: 5.6.0.0
OS: Windows 10 20H2 (Build 19042.1415)

I don't have Excel 2016, so I checked with 2019, which is the only version I currently have. I couldn't reproduce this issue there. So maybe you should consider upgrading your Excel to the 2019 edition.

Also, I can see you are typing directly in the cells. Have you tried typing in the formula bar?

So Excel 2019 is working fine. Interesting. Using genuine Excel 2016 so if I get any deal/ offer then I will buy the new one. Maybe 2021/ 2022 who knows ;)

Typing directly in the cell or in the formula bar gives same result.

@potasiyam bro! Recently Installed office 2021. Using Excel 2021 with Avro Keyboard. NO ISSUES AT ALL! Smooth writing! Thanks for the version change suggestion! ^_^
