troubleshooting "`Failed to read CernVM-FS configuration`" #54

Ran into this issue:

$ cvmfs_config showconfig software.eessi.io
Failed to read CernVM-FS configuration

syslog shows:

2023-12-21T17:45:47.036613+01:00 node4004 cvmfs2: (cvmfs-config.cern.ch) failed to open inode: 299, CAS key 1a5e70ba90434d8eaaebc0758be5188c79ffed7f, error code 2

Wiping the client cache fixed it:

sudo cvmfs_config wipecache

May be worth adding to the Troubleshooting section?
