Currently, the iOS client doesn't track the GPS location of the user. The task associated with this issue consist in implementing automatic tracking depending on the user configured tacking switches. This shall happen wether the application is in the foreground OR NOT.
On completion, the internal database should be filled with rows of data waiting for upload.
