dash version locked at 2.10.0

Would you mind revising for a newer dash? Currently dash is on 2.16.1. Whenever I want to use sphinx doc, I get error because it requires 2.10.0

I am not able to reproduce any error with newer version of dash. Can you please share the exact error?

Going by the documentation for Package-Requires library header, it represents minimum version of the package i.e. if you are on dash 2.16.1, sphinx-doc should work because it expects dash 2.10.0 at minimum.

If the file has a ‘Package-Requires’ header, that is used as the package dependencies. In the above example, the package depends on the ‘flange’ package, version 1.0 or higher

Also, I can see that current version of dash is 2.19.1 and not 2.16.1, although I am on dash 20240103.1301 installed from Melpa.
