Hi,

would it be possible to have the option of including the :type field during expansion of docstring?

Hi,
Do you mean that every :param field will be followed by :type in the generated docstring? I think that should not be a major change. But given that I am out of touch with emacs lisp and a bit busy in general at the moment, not sure when I will find the time to give it a try.

I'm happy to submit a pull req if you're too busy. I'm not too crash hot at
elisp but shouldn't be too hard if what you say is true.

Regards,

Thomas Cuthbert
