Description

Once synonym feature fully enabled and archive backfilled, we need an interface for users to suggest synonyms.

Acceptance criteria

  • button for "add event to group" in group view page (only viewable by signed in/endorsed users)
  • approval by moderators
  • generate zendesk ticket
  • auto-close zendesk ticket when action taken in moderator view
