Steps to reproduce:

  • Log into BioPortal and select an ontology that's been created as a view of another ontology
  • Click the "Edit ontology details" button to edit ontology metadata
  • Untick the checkbox "This ontology is a view of", and save

This sequence of steps has no effect. After the save, the application returns to the ontology summary page, and the ontology is still listed as a view of another ontology.

This is ontoportal-lirmm/ontologies_api#48, a fix to that (coming with a test reproducing it)
