Remove / retire OntoloBridge term request integration

I tried submitting a new term request in Bioassay Ontology by clicking the new term request button and I got this error:
The following error has occurred: Internal Server Error. Please try again.
I am not sure if it is an error for you guys or Ontolobridge?

The OntoloBridge project was a collaboration between Stanford and the Univ. of Miami. The API for term requests that was provided by the Univ. of Miami has been returning a 404 for at least the last two years:

In addition, this functionality will be superseded by a new way to request ontology changes that is under development as part of the BioPortal U24 grant.
