Can I open a dev console on near.wallet.org and somehow obtain my walletId?

You can fetch signed in accounts from the local storage of the browser where the user is signed in. Also, just for future reference, please direct these type of questions to the Near Dev Discord Group as we'ed like to keep this place for issues/ feature requests for the wallet only.
