CK Editor focus Problem

[IFR001]

Hello,
i have a problem with gridmanger and CKEditor (4.4.7)
if i create more than one row, and i want to edit the content, the focus (and the bind editor) jumps from the second row to the last edited element in the first row.
So, i have no chance to edit the content of all rows after the first. :(

Also i see a second Editor toolbar near the top of my page (only if more than one row is present) ?

The problem occours only in the newest CKEditor version...
i have downloaded 4.3.5, and the problem is gone :)

Ah good to know - thanks...yeah, I've not even vaguely started tests on 4.4x
