Improvement gathering on Nephio architecture

This issue is am issue that we opened in SIG3 for people to list their improvement that want to tackle on the Nephio architecture. We will take this input for specific discussions on various topics. The goal of these discussions will be the clarify, prioritise and come up with a plan to address these in future releases.

So if you see improvement we need to address in Nephio please list them here. It might helpful to clarify a bit but don't write a book. Be to the point is the motto :-)
