Bug description

Hello
The desktop app on Windows removes the "R" attribute on folders, which means the customized folders with icons (which need the R attribute) cannot display the customized icon as previously done. For icons, the desktop.ini files are mandatory and should not be removed/banned from sync processes.
This issue is really a disadvantage when people cannot read correctly folders names (e.g. dyslexia).
And I know what I'm talking about... :-(
Thank you.
Regards
EJB

Steps to reproduce

Just sync a file inside a folder and the attribute is gone (at each sync, even if you set it again)

Expected behavior

Stop changing attributes which are not on sync scope.
