Pipeline stops after a certain point

A while ago, the BCFTOOLS_CALL pipeline stopped progressing past the 9th item in the channel, and BCFTOOLS_INDEX and BCFTOOLS_STATS haven't processed a single item at all. You can see that they say 0 of 9, but no folder has been assigned to them (left end, in brackets). It has been this way for a few days now, ever since the alignment was on its 15th sample or so. BWA_ALIGN keeps processing more items from its channel as usual.
