Description of feature

I attempted to create a patch, but MultiQC version 1.21 does not properly parse the "file setup". It seems to require a deeper refactor as it worked correctly with version 1.19.

It might be worth discussing this issue with the MultiQC developers to identify the root cause and work towards a fix.
