Returning from hiatus

It's been a while since I last worked on Foolang, and while I'm pretty happy with my notes and plans, I don't really remember exactly what I was thinking.

Clearly I was working towards finishing the self hosting work to my standards. ...but right now that seems like a slightly demotivating slog.

It's an important thing I need to finish, but I think I'll have to pick something slightly smaller to get the ball rolling again...
