ninja: error: failed recompaction: No such file or directory #2466

Similar to #2048.

I'm running v1.12.1.

CMake Error:
  Running

   '/usr/bin/ninja' '-C' '/home/flo/code/artemis/build' '-t' 'recompact'

  failed with:

   ninja: error: failed recompaction: No such file or directory

It's not really reproducible, but does cause some flakes on our build-server.

Usually we see this error on Windows, but I have seen it on Linux as well.
