Users with the same name but different details are not allowed

As seen above, the user might have the same name but however they have different contact details. The app still doesnt allow the user to add them to the list.

This is intentional. There would be no way to differentiate which "John Doe's" details are which if we allowed the same name.

Reason for disagreement: Even though the team say that this feature is intended. I could not find it written anywhere in the DG and UG. If I was to manage a huge group of people and there is people that are of the same name, this will inconvenience me when I try to input their details. Even though the chances of two people having the same name is rare, it will still be considered as a feature flaw.
