Lots of updates needed, lots of ignored PRs and issues. Is anybody maintaining this any more?

Apparently not. Is anyone around to pass this on to new maintainers? And is anyone interested? My organization, @freecycle, can take part, but I'd like to see if there's others out there to collaborate with.
