Sorry using this space to write.

After a long time dealing with font rendering on terminals I kept using lxterminal for its better rendering on truetype. Trying today every Debian repo terminals I found termit, with rendering at the same level of lxterminal, but with Lua for scripting.

My only excuse to not use it everywhere is when dealing with images, as I prefer use a terminal that supports ueberzug in combo with vifm or ranger instead of GUIs.

As I spend long hours coding and reading, termit now is my place of work and study. And would like to thank @nonstop and contributors for the hours spent in this project.

This is a small, and perhaps obscure project, but the way you choose to use Lua, allows it for infinite applications like standalone TUIs, integration with graphical apps etc. while having the strength of being small. I even integrated it with my env colors through pywal with 10 locs of Lua!

Best wishes and again, thank you so much for this project.
