Collaborative meeting notes

Collaborative notes are very useful in a meeting. Everyone can edit at the same time, so the end results mostly reflects what people think is important.

A document in GitHub is not collaborative. Changes require a review workflow.

• Is there a tool that can easily turn a GitHub document into a collaborative document?
• If not, should we keep a single document, or copy a collaborative one here?
