Navbar should be fix so that navlinks can be accessible from any sections so to improve its usage .
because when are in sponsors section now to go to another sections using navbar we first have to scroll up which reduce user experience

I can fix your problem with changing the navbar as a fix navbar whenever we scroll navbar the is fixed it position dose'nt goes hidden
