Questions pushing post to the API and nprml story id was missing

Error messages:

Error pushing story with post_id = 13668 for url=https://api-s1.npr.org/story?orgId=254&apiKey="Myapikey" HTTP Error response = Bad Request
API Error Message = Authentication by IP address failed for IP 35.224.193.53

When I print out the nprml the story id was missing, is the story id causing the error?
