List tabs open in Chrome browsers on different computers

It would be great if the extension would allow me to search through all of my tabs open in all of my chrome browsers open across all of my different computers. I always find myself with a tab open on one computer and I want to open it on another and this has to be done by copying and pasting a URL, it would be much nicer if I could just click a link in Tab Glutton and have it open a tab on my current computer that is open on another one of my computers.
