Describe the bug
There is a very niche use case where the focus state's tooltip does not behave nicely. More -> [https://nu.slack.com/archives/G7NHDL285/p1727206157101819]
I would call this a bug if the content of tooltips interferes with each other so that the content can't be read, which is not clear to me if this is happening.
