Basic Tags poor styling

Describe the bug

Basic tags like strong/b, and blockquote have been overly sanitized/stripped.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create content using mentioned tags

Expected behavior

Blockquote has no added styles for highlighting the content.
Tags strong/b are set to bolder instead of bold and look way too thin.
