Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I can't create a new book and pass in an exported book as the source of the data. I can only "import a book", but then I get the book name and settings of the exported one.
When we export a book its in .json.zip format, but importing only takes .json. Let's handle both .json.zip and .json extensions.
