Add azuredataexplorer exporter to distro

Please include azuredataexplorer exporter into your distro releases.
It is included in collector releases in contrib repository, but it would be great if it was included in observIQ distro as well.

@OlehBastun Thanks for suggesting this. We plan on doing an evaluation of the exporter then we'll add it to the collector in a future release.

@cpheps Thanks for taking into account my suggestion about including azuredataexplorer exporter into future release. That would really help us covering our needs.
BTW I've already checked out BindPlaneOP and it is already very helpful with generating configs for the collector.
