Add Time (Hours and Minutes) to Due Date

Is there currerently a way to add the Hours and Minutes to the due date section when creating a new taks. So that instead of just displaying the Date you can also see what time the item is due. Since something being due at 7:00AM is very different than it being due at 7:00PM.
