Combining conditions #746

I saw this post on how there's currently no support for OR's. I'm wondering if someone has figured out an alternative syntax that could be used. I have tasks for People in our weekly meeting notes and then I might reference a tag using their name in other notes. As such, I'd ideally like to have the following: `
` Instead, I'm now creating two separate blocks:, but they look visually different: `

Hello @aagha
Yes, the answer marked as correct there is correct. There is not (yet) support for using any kind of ORing to combine queries, and the workaround is exactly what you have done, to create multiple tasks code blocks.
There isn't an alternative syntax, but as you mentioned the appearance, here are some ways to make the results look more coherent. Your original, with my test data
With task counts removed, to make more coherent
And with a callout added, to group together
And with a labelled callout added
Styling the calloutsYou can write your own callouts if you wish, to have more control over the styling and more meaning to the callout names: |
