it seems that most of the resources have been moved from the original locations.

it seems they seems to stop publishing the pdf intrinsics guide that opa64 depends on. I found their web version https://developer.arm.com/architectures/instruction-sets/intrinsics/ is now updated and mature (than one I saw several months ago?). thanks,

Yes, the ARM online documentation seems much better now...
