"Make request" link text is redundant

In a list of authorities, the "make request" link/button text is redundant to screen reader users. Navigation in the list can be made significantly easier by including the name of the authority with the link. This could also be done invisibly by using an additional "aria-label" attribute, like "Make request to Bundesministerium für Barrierefreiheit".

This saves screenreader and some switch control users the hassle of two additional interactions navigating authority results, to find out where a request can be made to.
