Malleabilty mempool package

The Mempool package relies heavily on the EntityID interface to uniquely identify objects within its operations. As part of the Malleability project, modifications to the EntityID interface are planned. However, the current semantic purpose of EntityID does not fully align with the specific needs of the Mempool package. Consequently, adjustments will be required to accommodate this discrepancy effectively.
