Hi, open-power team:
I encountered some problems when editing boot arguments to install OS. The following is the problem description.

Codebase: op-build-v2.3
Petitboot version: petitboot-v1.10.3
Install OS: CentOS8.2/RHEL8.2(CD/DVD)
Add boot argument: inst.dd

Step description:
Step 1: Press "e" in the petitboot interface to enter the petitboot option editor,
step1

Step 2: Add "inst.dd" at the end of boot arguments,
step2

Step 3: Return to the petitboot interface and select the Install button.
step3

Results:
When the live OS kernel is started for a while, the VGA interface is stuck, the cursor is still and the key is invalid.
