The amount of data is growing, especially the list of videos is big enough such that it needs to be searchable and filterable to be of use.

Do we need to expand the spreadsheet to include more criteria?
How to make the search easier?

Any help welcome:
have you experienced in such searches?
did you try to find a video and want to tell us how you did it?
