This issue is to create a recurring agenda and a shared document (owned by OTel) for the docs localization team meeting in Portuguese.

Time/Day: Wednesday, at 7:15 - 7:45 pm (UTC-3).
Recurrence: Every 15 days.

Please let me know If you need more information.

By every 15 days, I assume you mean every two weeks (14 days), right?

Calendar entry created, and set the timezone to BRT, so that it's not affected by daylight saving changes. Please, create an entry here: https://github.com/open-telemetry/community?tab=readme-ov-file#cross-cutting-sigs

should we add this (and potentially other) localization team meetings to the README.md as well?

We have not yet talked about formalizing them into SIGs (or WGs?), but for discovery it would be good to have them.
