In the context of #495, we were able to identify and fix multiple flaky tests. Unfortunately, we were not able to fix the TestWebSocketConnectionTimeout.

The race test always fails for this test. Testing this case isolated it fails about one time in one hundred. Testing it together within our make testing it fails one time in one hundred.

Even, though we have some indicators with the log files, I was not able to identify the root cause until now.
