Add VariantNormalizerExtensions #191

We need to be able to extend the normalizer depending on the file header of the file to create a more standard (normalized) variant file.

Example of Extensions:

Copy DP from INFO to FORMAT, but only for single sample files
Infer DP from AD
Rename a custom VCFcaller field name with the standard one.
....
