Three versions of Polytope exist in the COBRA toolbox:

  1. https://github.com/opencobra/cobratoolbox/tree/master/src/analysis/sampling/BarrierRound
  2. https://github.com/opencobra/cobratoolbox/tree/develop/external/analysis
  3. https://github.com/opencobra/COBRA.papers/tree/5e68fe04800c8464dcd04095e93d1f8515f379ec/2023_BarrierRound

These outdated versions are making conflicts and should be addressed, they should be either merged or removed from the COBRA toolbox.
